Fraud

An upgrade (.99) was required to use the program. No idioms were available without the upgrade, and the way the upgrade was worded, it seemed as though I would only get a few new idioms for the price, that I might have to pay frequently to get any information. The program should not be allows to be offered for FREE since there is no content without paying for any upgrade. I deleted the program immediately after I discovered this and will not purchase any item from the makers of this product. I would have purchased I for $.99 in the first place, and am disgusted that the makers thought so little of their product that they felt they had to trick people into using it. The Apps store needs to take these complaints seriously and police their site so that we can purchase products with confidence.
